Basic e-commerce maintenance is for sites that offer simple products. It includes everything from updating prices, stock on hand, inventory levels and more. Basic e-commerce maintenance provides you the basics to keep a website running smoothly without the need for monthly anxiety. We can troubleshoot issues with your payment gateway and ensure everything is properly configured.
Please note that basic e-commerce maintenance is only available for e-commerce stores that sell basic, non-recurring physical or digital products. It is not available for software as a service (SaaS), subscriptions, or advanced products. Basic products are defined as any that don’t have options to customize them – such as size, color, or flavor.
