Advanced e-commerce maintenance is for sites that offer advanced products. It includes everything from configuring product options to recurring payments. Advanced e-commerce maintenance provides you the resources needed to keep an advanced e-commerce website running smoothly, such as more bandwidth for more frequent automations. We can also troubleshoot issues with your advanced setup and ensure everything is properly configured.
Please note that an Enterprise Maintenance plan is required for all e-commerce stores that sell advanced, configurable, or subscription-based products. It is also required for all websites that offer software as a service (SaaS). You may only need a Business Maintenance plan if your site only offers basic products. Basic products are defined as any that don’t have options to customize them – such as size, color, or flavor.
