Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Products purchased from Phvntom Inc. and phvntom.com may be refunded only if cancelled and requested in accordance with the terms specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Phvntom Inc. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (see here).
“Refund Period”, you may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Phvntom Inc.’s customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
EU & UK CONSUMERS: YOU HAVE A STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONTRACT. HOWEVER, WE ARE ENTITLED TO CHARGE A REASONABLE AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICES THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED TO YOU AS OF THE DATE OF CANCELLATION. THEREFORE, A FULL, OR ANY, REFUND MAY NOT BE DUE. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE “PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS”, WHERE FULL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN, AS APPLICABLE. THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
SERVICE PLANS
Phvntom Inc. offers service plans with multiple payment options. These payment options are offered as a convenience to you. Some plans may be discounted to incentivize customers to purchase them instead of their more expensive counterparts. If you choose to modify or switch your plan, you are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reimbursement for the difference in price between them.
When you purchase a service plan from Phvntom Inc.; you are paying, in advance, to have our team available to provide your business with the named services defined by the selected plan for the duration or subscription term specified.
Throughout the site, we reference specific service plans that, when selected, require the customer to keep their plan active for a pre-defined duration in exchange for more favorable pricing. These service plans renew automatically each year and are indicated by the following terms: “annual”, “12 month”, “yearly”, “per year”. Some of these annual plans are split into several, smaller installments to improve their affordability for the customer. However, when selected, the customer is responsible for paying all of the installments the annual term consists of. These installments may be defined as 26 bi-weekly payments, 12 monthly payments, or 1 annual payment.
Generally speaking, the current term is the only period of your service plan that may be eligible for a refund. Service plan payments will only be considered for a refund if the date of the transaction was less than 30 days ago AND you did not submit any traceable service requests during the applicable term.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PRIOR PERIODS OF SERVICE. WHEN YOU RETAIN OUR TEAM WITH AN ACTIVE SERVICE PLAN, WE RESERVE CERTAIN RESOURCES TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SERVICE ON DEMAND. WE ARE NOT NEGLIGENT OR RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO USE OR CANCEL ANY SERVICE PLAN IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Bi-Weekly (Every 2 Weeks) Service Plans
Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew every 2 weeks without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes, every month upon renewal until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change your plan’s rate each bi-weekly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable tax rate changes during your two-week term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan on your next billing date.
If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information anytime in your Account page.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial order, you may be eligible for a full refund. Should you cancel after 48 hours, or after submitting any service request, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly Service Plans

If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information anytime in your Account page. We reserve the right to pursue any unpaid balance for the contract term from you directly or via a Collections Agency.
Cancellation Terms
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order (the “opt-out” period), you may be eligible for a partial refund and will not be held liable for your original commitment. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. You can prevent your annual subscription from renewing automatically via your Account page after it has been paid-in-full during the period leading up to its automatic renewal and the 14 days that follow. All other cancellation requests must be made by contacting Customer Support and will be considered solely at our discretion.
Annual Service Plans Paid Monthly

Your subscription will automatically renew on the annual renewal date until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every year until you cancel.
We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes, every year upon renewal until you cancel. We reserve the right to change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable tax rate changes during your one-year term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan mid-term on your next billing date.

PRINT, APPAREL, AND MERCHANDISE ORDERS
Phvntom Inc. offers a service for sourcing custom prints, apparel, and merchandise for your brand. WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE ANY OF THESE ITEMS. Certain service plans include discounts or incentives for these orders. We do not issue any refunds, credits, or reimbursements in response to your purchase of a qualifying service plan for custom orders you placed previously.
Generally speaking, we are unable to offer a refund on custom items made specifically for your brand. All sales of custom prints, apparel, and merchandise are final.
Limited Quality-Guarantee for Print Orders
We offer a limited quality-guarantee on most custom print orders. Print orders are identified by any item sourced from our Super Trade Print Partner(s) with which we have an exclusive relationship that’s not available to the general public. Please contact us for specific inquiries on which items qualify for our quality-guarantee.
If you received a qualifying print order that is damaged, poorly manufactured, incomplete, or otherwise fails to meet your expectations; our quality-guarantee offers complete replacement of the unsatisfactory items. You must inspect and notify us of any issues with your order immediately. The refund period is 3 business days from your receipt of the items.
Custom Apparel and Merchandise
All other custom apparel and merchandise orders are primarily sourced from third-parties that we don’t receive special pricing from. When you place these orders with Phvntom Inc., you are paying us an additional fee to source the items, create the designs (if applicable), place the order, and ensure the files are properly set up. These orders don’t qualify for a full refund in any circumstance.
However, at our sole discretion, you may be eligible for a partial refund if (1) we determine that we’re directly responsible for the error that caused your dissatisfaction, or (2) we receive a full refund from the manufacturer.
You must inspect and notify us of any issues with your order immediately. The refund period is 3 business days from your receipt of the items. We do not guarantee a refund on any custom order, and they will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.
