The Nampa Public Library is hosting a free three-concert series on the Nampa Smiles Terrace in July and August, according to a press release about the series.
Performances begin with a newly formed acoustic bluegrass band, “The Storytellers,” led by local musician and historian, Gary Eller. The second concert is “a rare solo performance by the renowned singer/songwriter, Steve Eaton.” Wrapping up the three-part concert series is award-winning musician Bruce Michael Miller.

- Tue., Jul. 24, 7-8:30 p.m., The Storytellers – Acoustic bluegrass band with Gary Eller (banjo, guitar & vocals); Becky Blake (vocals); Lloyd Blake (mandolin, guitar & bass) and Jay Fromlath (bass, guitar & vocals).
- Thu., Aug. 9, 7-8:30 p.m., Steve Eaton – Classic and acoustic rock musician, Steve Eaton, is an Idaho native singer/songwriter who has written songs for The Carpenters, Art Garfunkel and Lee Greenwood to name a few. He has had Billboard Magazine’s top 20 hits and music featured in major motion pictures. Eaton has played with several popular 60s bands including The Fabulous Chancellors and performed as lead guitarist for Paul Revere and the Raiders.
- Thu., Aug. 23, 7-8:30 p.m., Bruce Michael Miller – Masterful guitarist, songwriter, vocalist, producer, performer and music educator, Bruce Michael Miller will rend a memorable performance. Miller has performed with notables such as Paul McCartney, Kenny Loggins, Jim Messina and Laura Branigan. Miller’s song “Voodoo” was nominated for an Oscar for 2013 best song in a motion picture and won best song in a motion picture at the 2016 Los Angeles Independent film festival.
